Terms of service

Welcome to Condor Club, a 24/7/365 self-service golf simulator experience. By booking, accessing, or using our facility, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.
1. Eligibility & Age Requirement
You must be at least 17 years of age to book the Condor Club facility.
Customers who meet the age requirement are permitted to bring guest(s) under the age of 17 provided they remain with those under the age of 17 for the duration of the reservation and do not exceed the maximum of 5 guests per reservation.
By booking, you affirm that you meet the age requirement and accept responsibility for any guests accompanying you and their actions.
2. Booking and Payment
All reservations must be made and paid for through our online booking system.
Access to the facility will be granted via a unique digital credential sent via email or text to your mobile device.
Bookings are non-transferable and valid only for the reserved date and time.
Cancellations and rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance to qualify for a refund or credit.
3. Facility Access and Conduct
The facility is self-service and unattended. You are responsible for your own behavior and that of your guests.
A maximum of 6 people is allowed per booking (booking customer + up to 5 guests).
The security system at Condor Club tracks occupancy and will alert the owners if this limit is exceeded. Those found in violation of the occupancy limit may be subject to a fine of up to $100. Please do not exceed this limit.
If any damage occurs to the facility, its equipment, or property, you agree to pay reasonable repair/replacement costs and to notify the Host immediately upon discovery of such damage occurring. You are liable for any damage caused by you or your Invitees to the facility.
You agree to:
Leave the facility clean and in good condition. Please dispose of all waste prior to leaving the facility and clean up any spills.
Use equipment only for its intended purpose.
Not tamper with or damage any systems, equipment, or surveillance devices.
Not permit unauthorized access to individuals not listed on your reservation or exceeding the 6-person limit.
Take good care of, and not damage, waste, or make any changes to any space, furniture, equipment, or service, included in the facility.
You shall not alter, add, replace, remove, move, or damage any furnishings, equipment, or other property located in, on, or around the facility.
4. PARKING
Weekdays 6am to 6pm: Please park in the spots labeled “Unit E” during your booking.
If you have more than 2 vehicles in your party, please park additional vehicles immediately in front of the large garage door of Unit E.
Before 6am and after 6pm weekdays + all day on weekends: you are permitted to park in any available parking space (all parking restrictions lifted).
5. FOOD AND BEVERAGE Policy
Condor Club operates as a private, membership-based facility. Access is restricted to members and the general public with active reservations.
Condor Club, LLC does not serve food or beverages. You are welcome to bring your own food and beverages or have food delivered. A limited selection of food and beverages will also be available for purchase in the facility.
You acknowledge and agree that alcoholic beverages are permitted inside the facility for the consumption by you or your Invitees; however, consumption is restricted to responsible and legal use. All Guests and Invitees must comply with any federal, state, and local laws regarding the purchase, possession, and consumption of alcoholic beverages. Condor Club, LLC does not provide or sell alcoholic beverages. Condor Club, LLC assumes no responsibility or liability for the selection, quality, or effects of any alcoholic beverages brought onto, consumed prior to entering, or consumed in or around the facility. Any guest or invitee found in violation of these policies, exhibiting disruptive behavior due to alcohol consumption, or violation of any other terms in this agreement as a result of alcohol consumption, may be asked to leave the facility without a refund and may be subject to additional legal or criminal action. Should the host discover that any guest or invitee under the legal age of consumption, in accordance with federal or state law, has consumed or is consuming alcoholic beverages in or around the facility, that knowledge may be shared with the appropriate local law enforcement agencies.
6. Assumption of Risk and Waiver of Liability
By using the facility, you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with golfing activities and accept full responsibility for any injuries or damages that may occur.
You waive and release Condor Club, its owners, affiliates, and agents from any and all claims or liability for personal injury, property damage, or loss arising from use of the facility, including but not limited to:
Equipment malfunctions
Misuse by you or other guests
Accidents or actions of third parties
7. Surveillance and Security
The facility is monitored 24/7/365 via video surveillance for safety, security, and quality assurance.
By entering, you consent to video recording of your visit. Recordings are stored securely and used only as necessary for:
Security or legal purposes
Incident review or claims processing
Facility maintenance and customer support
Occupancy limit enforcement
Review of activities immediately prior, during, and after any incident where damage or injury occurs
8. Damage and Cleaning Fees
Customers are financially responsible for any damage caused to the facility, simulator, or equipment due to misuse, negligence, or willful misconduct.
A cleaning or damage fee (minimum $100) will be charged for excessive messes, property damage, or rule violations, including exceeding guest limits.
9. Account Termination or Denial of Access
Condor Club reserves the right to deny access, cancel bookings, or permanently ban customers who:
Violate any part of these terms
Engage in unsafe, illegal, or disruptive behavior
Provide false information or allow unauthorized or meaningfully exceed occupancy limits
10. Privacy and Data Usage
Your personal information (name, contact info, payment details) is used solely for the purpose of managing your bookings, access, and communication
We do not sell or share your personal data to third parties, except as required by law, aside from that which is required in the normal course of business operations (payment processing, etc.).
Your data may be used for marketing purposes upon opt-in on our website or as part of the booking process.
11. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms. The current version will always be posted on our website.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any legal disputes will be resolved in the courts located in McLean County, Illinois.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Condor Club, LLC, its landlord, if applicable, and any associated parties harmless from and against any loss, liability, claim, demand, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in connection with your or your Invitees’ use of any service or space provided by Condor Club, LLC, including all space in and around the facilities, or any violation of applicable law or this agreement. Nothing contained in this agreement shall be construed to create privity of estate or of contract between you and host’s landlord, if applicable.

By checking the box or clicking “Agree” when booking, you confirm that you:
Have read and understood these Terms of Service
Accept and agree to abide by them fully
Accept full responsibility for yourself and your guests
Agree not to exceed the 5-guest limit (6 persons total)
