Practice Round with partner (Week 0)

• Time will be used to acclimate to the system, hitting mat, entry/setup procedures, etc.

Regular Season (Weeks 1–8)

• Format: 2-Man Best Ball (Best Score of the 2 players per hole w/ handicap) – 18 Holes. Teams will schedule their own time to play each week and submit a photo/screenshot of your GSPro scorecard via the weekly form.

• Team score = the best score between the two players on each hole. GSPro will calculate this automatically.

• Weekly points: Top 15 earn points towards the cumulative standings.
  1st = 15pts, 2nd = 14pts, 3rd = 13pts … 15th = 1pt

  • If teams tie for a weekly placing, the points for those positions will be averaged and split evenly among tied teams.

  • Example: If two teams tie for 1st, both get (15 + 14) ÷ 2 = 14.5 points each.

• Top half of standings advance to playoffs.

Playoffs (Weeks 9–11)

• Format: 2-Man Best Ball Match Play (head-to-head). Teams will coordinate times with the team they’re playing that week.

• Seeded bracket based on regular-season standings.

• Winners advance weekly until the Championship Match (Week 13).

• Play 18 holes in GSPro stroke-play mode. Handicaps will be collected upfront and automatically applied against your team score for standings.

• Use the best-ball score (lowest per hole between teammates).

• Playoff rounds are scored as match play (hole-by-hole).

• Submit a photo/screenshot of your GSPro scorecard via the weekly form.

• To ensure consistent scoring and pace of play across all players auto-putt is enabled for league play:

  • Inside 10 ft = 1 putt

  • Between 10 ft and 40 ft = 2 putts

  • Beyond 40 ft = 3 putt

• Weekly prizes will be awarded to the team(s) with the lowest score (prizes will vary week to week. Examples: drink/snack credit, branded giveaways, golf balls, etc.)

• Regular season champions will receive a 1-month Eagle Membership ($150 value per player)

• Overall champions will receive a 2-month Eagle Membership ($300 value per player)

• Hole-in-ones (must provide a picture or video) will receive a 1-month Eagle Membership! ($149 value)

1. Substitutes

• Each team may name up to two substitutes for the season.

• Subs may play for an absent teammate but must be declared before the round.

• Subs cannot compete in playoffs unless approved by the league admin.

2. No Mulligans

• Mulligans, re-hits, or replays are not allowed (unless the shot does not register).

• All rounds must be completed in a single continuous session.

3. Handicaps & Integrity

• Players must provide an honest, current handicap.

• Upload a screenshot of your official handicap (GHIN, Grint, etc.) in the signup form.

• Any dishonest reporting or handicap manipulation will result in disqualification.

4. Simulator Settings

• Green speed, wind, and auto-putt distances are standardized for all players.
