  • Condor Club is a 24/7 self-service golf simulator facility that allows members and hourly users to play on high-end golf simulators in a private, relaxed setting.

  • No! We offer both hourly rates and membership plans to fit different needs.

  • Condor Club is located at 109 Northtown Rd, Unit E, Normal, IL 61761. The facility can be easily accessed from Exit 165 on Interstate 55/74 and from Exit 2 on Interstate 39. See Location

  • No, it is fully self-service and utilizes automated entry based on your booking day/time. We provide detailed instructions, video walkthroughs, and remote customer support if needed.

  • Upon booking, an access credential will be sent to your mobile device. This access credential will unlock the door to the facility during your specific reservation timing.

  • There is absolutely no sign-up fee to become a member! Plus you can cancel at any time at no cost.

  • Yes, however there are caps based on membership type. Condor Club sells a specific amount of memberships based on the total available booking hours. Rolling over hours month to month increases the allotted hours during that month, which can strain availability for other members and public bookings. See below for specific caps by membership type:

    Eagle: 10 hours
    Albatross: 10 hours
    Condor: 12 hours

  • Login to your account through our booking site to manage your membership.

  • We set a cap on the number of guests to prevent misuse of the space. Additional guest capacity can be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to request express permission to exceed our maximum guest policy.

  • You can book online via our website (condorclub.golf). Choose a time slot, pay, and receive your digital access credential.

  • No. All bookings must be made online in advance of the reservation time to maintain 24/7 security and avoid double-booking. The main entrance will remain locked at all times and can only be unlocked via the mobile credential issued after your reservation is complete.

  • You can book up to 28 days in advance based on your membership tier. Non-members can book up to 7 days in advance.

  • You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your scheduled session through the booking platform without penalty.

    Within 24 hours of your reservation, please email condorclubgolfsimulator@gmail.com or text 309-306-1105 to revise or cancel your reservation.

    If you no-show, you will be charged the full amount for your reservation.

  • Yes! We provide step-by-step instructions and video tutorials at the facility and online.

  • We use the Uneekor XO2 simulator with GSPro which provides access to 1000+ courses including some of the finest in the world!

  • Absolutely. We encourage you to bring your own. We also have clubs available on-site if needed (various models and sizes).

  • Your booking provides access for you and up to 5 guests (6 total).

  • We will have snacks available for purchase and complimentary bottled water. You can also bring your own food and non-alcoholic drinks or have food delivered for uninterrupted play! Please see Section 5 of our terms of service for more details on our food and beverage policy.

  • Yes. We have security cameras monitoring the facility 24/7 for your safety and protection.

  • Yes, but if they are 16 or under they must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

  • Not at this time, but we plan to offer coaching partnerships and lesson availability in the future.

  • We offer multiple tiers with increasing levels of monthly access hours, perks, and discounts. See Memberships

  • Yes, changes can be made at the end of your current billing cycle.

  • No. There are no fees associated with any of our membership options.

  • Yes! You can rent the facility for private events. Contact us for pricing and availability.

  • We do not currently serve or sell alcohol, but applying for a liquor license is a future consideration.

  • Please be respectful to others by adhering to your scheduled reservation time. The simulator equipment will turn off automatically 15 minutes after your reservation ends.

    The premises are monitored 24/7 for your safety and security, as well as for purposes of governing and upholding scheduled reservations. If you remain in the facility more than 30 minutes beyond your reservation window you may be charged an additional hourly fee and/or asked to leave the facility.
